Celestria walked out to the grounds, looking around for any sign of life. Lately she couldn't seem to find anyone around but for some reason she didn't really mind. A breeze picked up her hair and tossed it around her head, blowing some strands into her face. She sighed and started towards the lake, staring blankly at the water.
Once she reached the water, Celestria sat down on the grass and smoothed out her white dress. Pulling her legs to her chest, Celestria wrapped her arms around her legs and rested her head on her arms. Her hair continued to blow around her as she stared into the water, ignoring her reflection staring back at her.

Severus was over on the other side of the lake. Glancing down at his reflection he splashed it away as he thought about Lily said two years ago. "Maybe I am a monster" Severus finally admited. Shaking his head off about the thought Severus took off the shirt he was wearing and jeans revaling his swim trunks.
Standing up he glanced at the water as he dove in. Swimming deep down Sev then resurffaced as he took a quick glance around the area noticing a girl sitting by herself with her head on her arms. Quickly swimming over to her Severus got out of the water and eyed her. "What's a pretty girl like yourself doing out here alone" he asked with a bit of coldness in his voice.

Celestria raised her gaze from the water and looked at the boy standing in front of her "What does it look like I'm doing?" she asked with the same bit of coldness in her voice.
Looking at him more closely, Celestria recognized him as one of the boys in her house but certainly not in her year. She shook her head as she returned her gaze to the water and sighed softly "What do you want Severus?" she asked, keeping her gaze on the water.

Glancing down at her with his eyebrow raised Severus sat down beside her. "I don't want anything it looks like you need some company though" Sev replied. Eyeing over Celestria she was a very pretty girl and maybe a little flirting wouldn't do any harm.
"Besides we're in the same house I don't talk to you as often as I do with my buddies you seem lonely and like something is on your mind" Severus responded as he looked down at his reflection in the water as he made small circules close to it with his fingers.

She looked at him, restraining herself from rolling her eyes. "I tend to not talk to those in a year younger than myself" she said looking back at the water. She sighed softly and grabbed a nearby rock, tossing it into the water as far as she could which was somewhat far. She shook her head and looked at him, tilting her head to the side as she studied him.
After a few minutes she turned her head back to the water, watching him make small circles with his fingers "Why would you want to talk to me anyways? No one else ever does" she said softly, brushing some hair back behind her ear.

"Your intresting to talk to Celestria besides I may hang out with the guys in my year but, I can still hang out with you and talk to you nothing is wrong with that" he admitted. But, the real truth was that he liked her. Standing back up Severus dived back into the water and surfaced in front of Celestria now.
"Come on care for a swim" Sev asked softly as he looked directly into Celestria's pretty eyes. Putting a hand through his wet hair he then dove again and swam a little away from her wanting her to follow him.

"I can't go swimming with you Severus. I have nothing to wear other than this white dress and I'm not going swimming in it. I don't want everyone seeing what I have on under it" she said shaking her head, tossing her black hair around her face. "Besides I'm not that good of a swimmer anyways"
Truth was, Celestria never learned how to swim and ever since she was a child she had been scared of swimming. Mostly of the fact that she could quite easily drown. Her parents never thought that knowing how to swim was something she needed to learn so they never taught her.

Eyeing her supiously Severus swam back over to her. Taking out his wand he conjured up a girl's bathing suite and smiled up at her. "Well that's what magic is for and if your not a good swimmer maybe I can help you" he responded softly.
Severus wanted to get to know Celestria more. Maybe take her out to the three broomsticks later to get her a couple of drinks. "Come on there's no need to be scared I'll make sure you won't drown trust me with this" Sev responded softly.

She looked at him then at the bathing suit he had conjured up, sighing softly. "Fine" she said standing up and walking behind a tree then changed quickly. For once she was truthfully glad no one was around. Tying her hair into a low ponytail, Celestria walked out from behind the tree and over to the water, standing by the edge.
Slowly stepping into the water, Celestria tried to remain in the area where her feet were still on the ground which was hard since the water came up to about her chin since she was so short. She looked over at him, crossing her arms under the water. "Happy?"

Sev grinned and nodded his head. "Maybe" he responded to her question Looking at her he smiled a little and swam over to her. "Do you want to learn how to swim or not because you need to start a bit deeper" Sev responded softly.
Eyeing her over she was so pretty and he wanted her to be his and only his. "I'm here for you just hold on to me while I take you a bit deeper" Severus said softly.

She looked at him closely, shrugging slightly "Just let me adjust a bit. I'm not use to being in the water like this so I kind of need to adjust and everything" she said softly, looking away from him and out towards the middle of the lake.
Sighing softly, Celestria returned her gaze to him "I don't really know how to swim. My parents didn't think it was something I needed to learn. They thought it would be better if I did well in school not learn how to swim" she said looking up at him, just then noticing how tall he was compared to her but then everyone was tall to her.

"Didn't think it was something you needed to learn my, my Celestria were your parents ever wrong every child needs to learn how to swim it's a part of life just like learning how to add numbers" Sev responded truthfully.
Kneeling down on his knees so he could be at her height she glanced directly into her eyes and held out his hand to tell her that he was going to be here for her every step of the way with this. "You'll get the hand of it but, just stay close to me so you won't drown okay" he asked softly.

"I guess my parents are just weird" she said shrugging, looking down at the murky water then up at him. "I don't think they even learned themselves but then I wouldn't be that surprised"
Smiling slightly, Celestria watched as he kneeled down to her height "Thanks" she whispered, leaning towards him and lightly pressing her lips to his forehead then pulled away quickly. She looked up at the sky to cover the blush on her face then looked at him. She smiled slightly, waiting for some kind of reaction from him after what she did.

Chuckling a little at what Celestria said about her parents Sev couldn't help but, smile. Seeing her lean over to him and plant her lips on his forehead then pulling away he gazed in shock.
Placing his hands on her hips Severus eyed her then gave her a soft romantic kiss on her neck then pulled away. He never felt for someone this much before other than Lily before he called her a mudblood.

Her eyes widened in shock as she looked at him, pulling from his grip "I...I" she said softly, turning her head. She swam towards the edge of the lake and climbed out as best as she could then dropped onto the grass, staring at the grass with a solemn expression.
Trying to figure out what was happening, Celestria drifted off into her own little world without really knowing she had. Whenever she either had trouble dealing with something or when she needed to figure something out, Celestria would drift off into her own world and would ignore everything else around her as she thought about whatever her problem was.
